SeeUAgain is the service name. For order, consumer-rights or privacy questions, use our customer support form or data-rights form.
1. The service
SeeUAgain creates AI-assisted reconstructions from customer-provided photographs and written instructions. The premium product includes human review before delivery. The service is a creative reconstruction service, not an authentication, historical-proof, forensic-evidence or medical service.
2. Your materials and permissions
You retain your rights in material you submit. You grant SeeUAgain a limited licence to process, copy, transform and transmit that material only as reasonably necessary to produce, review, deliver and support your order. You confirm that you have the rights or permissions necessary for the submitted material and requested use.
3. Real Memory and Imagined Moment
Where a scene or spoken content is not based on authentic historical footage or a recorded statement, it must not be presented as if it were an authentic historical recording. SeeUAgain may label reconstructed or imagined material accordingly.
4. AI limitations and quality
AI output may include small visual differences, identity drift, motion artefacts or other inaccuracies. We aim for a high premium standard and may regenerate or contact you for better material before production. We do not promise pixel-perfect historical accuracy or that every requested reconstruction is technically feasible.
5. Pricing, payment and consumer rights
Prices shown at checkout apply to the selected product. Payment, cancellation, refund and statutory consumer rights will be applied according to the law governing the transaction. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Where production has already begun at the customer's express request, any effect on cancellation rights will be handled according to applicable consumer law rather than by a blanket “no refund” rule.
6. Delivery and revisions
Production times are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines unless expressly agreed. If material is inadequate or instructions are unclear, we may pause production and contact you. A delivered memory may be eligible for reasonable correction/review where the output materially misses the agreed request, subject to the product terms shown at purchase.
7. Prohibited uses
You may not use SeeUAgain for sexual exploitation, sexualised content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, fraud, harassment, deceptive impersonation, fake evidence, unlawful defamation, credible threats or other unlawful purposes. See the Safety & Acceptable Use Policy.
8. Suspension and reporting
We may reject or stop an order where we reasonably believe it violates our safety rules or applicable law. Relevant information may be preserved or disclosed to competent authorities where required by law or reasonably necessary to address serious unlawful activity.
2026 introduction offer
Through 31 December 2026 (Cyprus time): one 12-second video €20; four separately personalised videos €70; digital frame with one video €169 plus shipping. Optional Christmas or celebration gift wrapping costs €5. Shipping, frame model and estimated delivery are confirmed before payment. From 1 January 2027: one video €39; four videos €129; frame with one video €195 plus shipping. Introduction prices cannot be combined with the returning-customer discount. An accepted signed order keeps its quoted product price.
