SeeUAgain is the service name. For order, consumer-rights or privacy questions, use our customer support form or data-rights form.
1. What we process
SeeUAgain may process information you provide when creating or managing a memory, including your name, email address, telephone number, order details, written recollections, language and age/context information, photographs, file descriptions, support messages and delivery records. If you arrive through a recommendation link, we may also process the referral source and, with your permission, an anonymous browser identifier, visit time and browser language to measure referral performance.
Source media may contain personal data relating to other people. You must have a lawful right or appropriate permission to submit it. We ask you to avoid uploading material that is unnecessary for the requested memory.
2. Why we use it
Produce and deliver your order
We use submitted material to prepare, reconstruct, review, deliver and support the memory you requested. The principal legal basis is performance of the contract or steps requested before entering into it.
Security and safety
We may process limited data to prevent abuse, protect customers and staff, investigate security incidents, enforce our rules and preserve evidence where reasonably necessary. This may rely on legitimate interests or legal obligations, depending on the circumstances.
Accounting and legal records
Transaction and invoice information may be retained where required by tax, accounting or other applicable law.
Marketing
Marketing contact is optional and separate from purchasing. Where consent is the basis, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the order you already placed.
3. AI processing and human review
Our launch packages create 12-second visual reconstructions from photographs and written instructions, without speech or voice cloning. Necessary AI media providers and authorised human reviewers process this material to produce and check your memory. Small visual differences can occur. We do not publish your photographs without permission or authorise unrelated training on your source material without a separate explicit opt-in.
4. Service providers and international processing
We use specialist service providers necessary to operate SeeUAgain. At launch these may include Netlify (hosting/forms/server functions), OpenAI (interpretation of written instructions if used in the agreed production workflow), Runway (AI media generation), Cloudflare R2 (private media storage), Resend (transactional email), and a regulated payment provider when connected. These providers may process data in countries outside your own country. Where GDPR transfer rules apply, SeeUAgain will rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism and processor terms.
Our current provider list will be kept under review as the production router evolves. Changing video-generation providers must not change the customer's privacy promise.
5. Retention
We follow data minimisation and do not intend to keep full-resolution source media indefinitely. During the launch period, active source material is retained for production, quality review, customer support and a limited revision window. Customers may request deletion of source material after delivery, subject to legal/accounting records that must be retained.
Our target production policy is: active media while the order is open; short-term retention after delivery for support/revision; then deletion or cold archive according to the customer's retention choice and any legal requirement. Source-media deletion requests are handled through the data-rights form. Automated cold-storage or deletion is not currently promised; accounting records may still need to be retained separately.
6. Your GDPR rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights of information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority.
Use the SeeUAgain Data Rights form. We may request enough information to verify your identity before releasing or deleting personal data.
7. Children and family material
Children deserve additional protection. Do not submit sexualised, exploitative or abusive material involving minors. A customer submitting material involving a child must have an appropriate lawful basis and authority to do so. SeeUAgain may reject, remove or escalate prohibited material in accordance with law and our Safety & Acceptable Use Policy.
8. Security and breaches
We use access controls, secret environment variables, HTTPS, restricted production access and human approval before customer delivery. No internet service can promise absolute security. Security incidents are assessed and handled under an internal breach-response procedure, including regulatory or customer notification where legally required.
