Safety & Acceptable Use
Policy text in English. Contact us if you need help understanding it.
Clear boundaries designed to protect customers, families and our production team.
SeeUAgain is for memories, remembrance and meaningful personal moments.
We deliberately keep the service narrow. The following uses are prohibited:
- sexualised, exploitative or abusive content involving minors;
- non-consensual intimate or pornographic material;
- fraud, identity deception, impersonation intended to mislead, or fabricated evidence;
- credible threats, extortion, harassment, stalking or coercion;
- defamatory or unlawful manipulation of a real person's likeness;
- content that infringes another person's privacy, copyright or other rights;
- attempts to bypass safety screening or expose staff to prohibited sexual material.
Material may be automatically screened and may also be reviewed by authorised staff where necessary. Prohibited submissions may be rejected or removed from production. Refund outcomes depend on applicable law and the circumstances; a prohibited submission does not create an automatic right to completed production.
Minors
Zero tolerance applies to sexual exploitation or sexualisation of minors. Customers must have appropriate authority to submit ordinary family material involving children. SeeUAgain may seek clarification or refuse production where authority, context or safety is unclear.
Law-enforcement cooperation
SeeUAgain does not make a blanket claim that every suspected offence must automatically be reported. We may preserve and disclose relevant information where required by law, in response to valid legal process, or where reasonably necessary to address suspected child exploitation, credible threats, fraud or other serious unlawful activity.
